Love the product, we had 3 outdoor galaxy roller blinds installed in our patio. Did not enjoy the journey, the salesman arrived and did an amazing job explaining it all and the options etc. Then he had to return a few days later to measure as he didn't do that on the first day. Then we wait for the rough 8 weeks for production, no confirmation on the definitive install date, so I had to contact to get the definite date for install.Install day came along and the two guys did an amazing job. A nice neat install except for the power cable left uninstalled due to needing an electrician to fit the plug. So we were unable to use our nice new blinds for a few days until we could get an electrician to trim the lead and fit a plug.As above, love the product. Just a few improvements would of made the journey more enjoyable.Had one of the managers contact me and discussed some of my experiences which I appreciated. He took the time to understand what could of been improved and how I think it could of been better. It was a nice way to close the loop and I appreciated the time and effort to understand my story.

Great customer service from the moment I walked into their Malaga office/showroom to installation all within three weeks. The price was right and the staff were proactive in contacting me at various points in the process. Excellent finished product, looks good and I have had no regrets choosing Nu-Style Shutters. Would definitely use them again!

This is the second time we have bought Nu-Style products. In 2022 we had a roller shutter installed and today we replaced two large alfresco blinds with electric Galaxy blinds. In both instances Sash was the salesperson involved. We valued his professionalism and knowledge without any hard sell. The installers and sparkies on both occasions were also professional with great interpersonal skills. The jobs were completed quickly and the site left clean. Thanks to Joel and Toby today. Overall we have found all staff we have dealt with to have excellent customer relations skills.

From start to finish, dealing with Nu Style Roller Shutters has been such a pleasant experience. Mick who came out to give a measure and quote was so friendly and explained all our options for roller shutters clearly and professionally. Booking an install date in was easy done and the guys that came to install the shutters were quick and did a really good job. Highly recommend Nu Style!

Mick did our measure and quote, and listened to what we wanted. Unlike most salesmen we have dealt with, in the past, he didn’t use any pressure tactics, which made for a pleasant experience.
